The reception is open:
– from April to November (excluding July and August), every day from 8.15 am to 12.30 pm and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm.
– in July and August every day from 8.15 am to 7.30 pm.
– from November to April we can be contacted by email or telephone from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm.
In the event of a late arrival, please contact us so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
The snack bar is open:
– during the Easter holidays (see closing days in the digital welcome booklet)
– on weekends in May and June
– every day in July and August
– weekends in September (up to and including 13/09/2026)
– the All Saints’ Day holidays (see closing days in the digital visitor guide)
Digital welcome booklet
A digital welcome booklet can be viewed without an account and without logging in. It will help you organise your stay as effectively as possible. You’ll find all the instructions regarding your arrival and departure, as well as a wealth of practical information for the duration of your stay, including the weather, local attractions and shops… Please feel free to ask us for the access link. It will be sent to you by email a week before your arrival.
The indoor swimming pool is open from April to November. The outdoor swimming pool is open from mid-June until September.
The barriers open when your number plate is scanned. They allow you access to the campsite from 7 am to midnight (2 am on evenings when the Cinescénie du Puy du Fou is taking place). We ask that you respect the other campers’ sleep by driving at walking pace and closing your car doors quietly after 10 pm.
Barbecues: Charcoal barbecues are strictly prohibited on the campsite by prefectural order. Gas or electric barbecues are permitted.
Accepted payment methods
When making your booking, even online, you can pay your deposit or balance using the following payment methods: credit/debit card, cheque, holiday vouchers, bank transfer, Ancv Connect.
On arrival, the following payment methods are accepted: cash, credit card, holiday vouchers, Ancv Connect.
Access for People with Reduced Mobility: Campsite, holiday rentals, bar and swimming pool The Acacia mobile home, which is adapted for people with reduced mobility, is available at the Au Bois Du Cé campsite. It is accessed via the campsite’s main road, which is tarmacked and level. All our toilet blocks are equipped with an accessible cubicle. Access to the bar is via the gently sloping ramp on the side of the indoor swimming pool. The indoor swimming pool is accessible via a door; please ask at the bar to have it opened.
Nursery A nursery area is available in one of our toilet blocks: changing facilities, a baby bath and a children’s toilet.
